How to train your AI Chat Bot (5 STEPS)

This page is to test and train your AI Chat. The chat is only visible on this page while you train it.

Preset Training currently includes:

  • Your website URL
  • Variable Doc - customized by you
  • Paintball General Knowledge - black and white answers about paintball

How to train and fine tune your Chat Agent.

STEP 1 - List Your Common Questions:

Compile a brief list from your team of the most frequently asked questions you encounter in your business.

STEP 2 - Start Chatting:

Initiate a chat conversation with the chat agent on this page. Ask your common questions in the chat. Don’t be concerned if the reply isn't what you expected; this is all part of the fine-tuning process.

STEP 3 - Fine Tuning:

After you have posed all your frequently asked questions, we will refine the chat log to enhance its understanding.

STEP 4 - Go Live:

When you feel at ease with your agent, please inform us so we can make it accessible to the entire site.

STEP 5 - Fine Tuning Customers Chats:

In the initial weeks, it's beneficial to review the conversation history and refine the responses. The more you invest in training your agent, the more it will emulate your style and effectively manage inquiries. Over time, as your agent becomes proficient, you'll find yourself needing to monitor the logs less frequently.
